I previously used UltraMag magnesium before switching to pure magnesium malate, which I chose for its indication for adrenal exhaustion. Adults are advised to consume at least 400 mg per day, and I’m currently taking 400 mg regularly. After experiencing a laxative effect for not adhering to the recommended dosage, I now follow the instructions carefully. This supplement lasts four months; I find it aids in sleep and stress resilience. Good health and clarity of mind to all!

Based on my tests, I was dealing with low-level inflammation and tired adrenal glands. My integrative doctor prescribed chelated Magnesium Malate at a dosage of 800 mg daily. I noticed significant improvements after a month – increased resilience to stress, reduced PMS symptoms, and relief from headaches. Magnesium is crucial for inflammation management and adrenal recovery. I highly recommend it!

Restored nerves
After prolonged stress, including COVID, I use magnesium to calm my nerves. I take two tablets at lunch and dinner, leading to better sleep and improved responses to stress. The tremors have subsided, and my adrenal glands are recovering. Beyond its sedative effects, magnesium offers other health benefits. The tablets are sizeable but manageable.

Eliminates irritability
Excellent magnesium! Of all the forms I have tried, this one is for restoring the adrenal glands. I feel great; cramps and irritability are gone, and so is insomnia.

Essential for energy
Magnesium malate is vital for our adrenal glands and the Krebs cycle, providing energy in a bioavailable form. It can be combined with magnesium citrate. Unlike other forms, malate is best taken in the morning, as it invigorates. I consume it in courses and truly enjoy it. The dosage is substantial.

Boosts energy
My favourite is magnesium; I really enjoy drinking it. There’s a sour aftertaste, but malate should be consumed in the first half of the day as it supports the adrenal glands, especially for those facing fatigue, stress, and sleep deprivation. It provides strength and a surge of energy.

Stress relief
I always take this magnesium for my adrenal glands. It effectively alleviates adrenal fatigue. Stress, environment, and nutrition heavily impact our adrenal glands, making magnesium an excellent support.

Cheerful mornings
One of the best forms of magnesium. I take it before bedtime and wake up cheerful in the morning. With my weak adrenal glands, it's just right for me. I alternate it with glycinate, taurate, and citrate. Magnesium is to be taken regularly; selecting the right form is crucial. The capsules here, though large, are very smooth, making them easy to swallow quickly.
